We’re looking for friendly, patient players who know the current card well and enjoy teaching.

- You play regularly with the current National Mah Jongg League card.
- You can explain the Charleston clearly to someone who has never played.
- You’re patient and friendly.
- You enjoy the social side of the game as much as the game itself.
- You have some afternoons free, weekdays or weekends.
Teaching experience helps but isn’t required. Many good teachers learned by teaching their friends.

Instructors are paid for every session they teach, straight to their bank account through Stripe. Stripe handles the secure signup, so we never see your bank details. We’ll talk through the specifics over coffee.
