Refunds and cancellations

If you need to cancel

48 hours or more before the afternoon: a credit toward another afternoon. We don’t give cash refunds when you cancel.

Less than 48 hours before: seats are limited and the restaurant has planned for you, so we can’t offer a credit. If you’re sick or something comes up, email us and we’ll do what we can.

Can’t make it but know someone who can? Send them in your place, and just let us know the name.

If we cancel or move an afternoon

If we cancel, you get a full refund, automatically. If we move an afternoon, you can keep your seat at the new time or take a full refund.

Lessons

Private lessons are scheduled with you directly. If you need to change the date, tell us as early as you can and we’ll find another. We’ll confirm the cancellation terms for each lesson in your quote.

Credits and refunds

Credits are saved to your account and can be used for any afternoon. When we cancel, refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
