Tell us a little about you, and Elise will put together a small group of people who’d enjoy learning together. Lessons are a series of two sessions, about a week apart. You’ll hear from Elise once there’s a group for you.
Each session is about 2½ hours.
- Group lessons (4 to 7 people): $70 per person for a two-part series.
- Small groups (2 or 3 people): $100 per person for a two-part series.
- Private lessons: $50 an hour. About private lessons

what a lesson is like
- You’ll learn the tiles, the Charleston and how to read this year’s card, then play real hands with Elise at the table.
- Groups are small, up to 7 people, and questions are always welcome. Nobody is rushed.
- You don’t need to bring anything. Elise brings the tiles, racks and cards.
You pay Elise directly: cash, check or Venmo.
