Private lessons
Log a lesson you’ve arranged. The student gets a confirmation with a calendar invite, a reminder the day before each part, and a thank-you with a link to review the instructor. Preview the email first; every email is optional.

Post lesson times people can join on the Book a lesson page, or send a group a find-a-time link. When you confirm a lesson or book a time, everyone gets the confirmation with the address and a calendar invite, then a reminder the day before and a thank-you afterwards, just like a private lesson.

People who came on their own and asked to be put in a group. Tick a few who would suit each other, then press Make a group from these. They each get an invitation with a link that holds their spot.
